Sonora, CA — An abandoned residence was destroyed by fire Wednesday evening.
According to CAL Fire Communications Operator Peggy Sue Wagner, the fire at 601 High Street in Sonora was reported at 9:45pm.
Response included resources from Sonora City Fire Department, CAL Fire and Columbia College.
The residence was completely destroyed. No damage estimate or cause has been reported as of this hour.
The event was closed at 10:30pm.
