Sonora, CA — The good news for the time being; there are no power outages in Tuolumne, Calaveras or Amador counties.
Monday afternoon there were four storm related outages causing 450 customers to lose their power in Sonora. In addition 1,030 P.G.& E. customers lost their power in Jamestown.
The National Weather Service continues to call for rain and wind at the lower elevations through Friday. Residents are cautioned to have plenty of fresh water, batteries, a portable radio, food and prescription medicines on hand in the event of an extended power outage.
