Columbia Apartment Project

Columbia, CA – A large apartment project been proposed for Columbia.

Plans were submitted to the Tuolumne County Community Resources Agency and are currently going through the review process.

“Golden State Holdings has proposed an 80 unit apartment complex near the intersection of Union Hill Road and Parrotts Ferry Road,” says Mike Laird of the CRA. “It would be about 80 units on a 5.3 acre piece of property.”

When the review process is completed, it will later go before the Tuolumne County Planning Commission.

It is not the only multi-family residential project that is proposed in the county. To read an earlier story about plans for a senior living complex off Tuolumne Road, click here.
