This week’s Most Wanted suspect is a 20-year-old male with brown hair and brown eyes. Valin is 5’2″ and weighs 180 lbs. He has a felony warrant for domestic battery and arson. If you see Valin and have information of his whereabouts, please call the Sonora Police Department at (209) 532-8141.
