Teen Injured In Accident

Columbia, CA – The CHP reports that a Columbia teen suffered moderate injuries in a car accident Tuesday.


19-year-old Emily Prunetti was driving on Highway 49 near Red Hill Road when she lost control of her 1992 Toyota and drove down a steep embankment. The car overturned and Prunetti was partially ejected near a creek bed. She was transported to Sonora Regional Medical Center. The accident happened at 5:30pm. It was raining at the time of the crash.
