Sonora, CA — For the second year in a row Walmart is America’s largest company.
Walmart is on top of the annual Fortune 500 list with $421 billion in sales. Walmart is followed by the three largest oil companies, Exxon Mobile Corp., Chevron Corp., and ConocoPhillips.
The list is put out by Fortune Magazine based on 2010 revenue. Walmart continues to expand nationwide and overseas. The company plans to expand its Sonora store later this year and add a grocery section.
