Power Outage Countdown

Sonora, CA — The countdown continues regarding power outages in the Mother Lode.

There are still 3,200 outages spread throughout Tuolumne, Calaveras and Amador Counties. Tuolumne County has the largest chunk of outages, with 2,700 customers still without electricity.

“We’re still having some access issues in some locations, but for the most part, customers should be restored by this evening,” says PG&E Spokesperson Jana Evans.
Most remaining outages are in the East Sonora and West Point areas.
