Attack Reported At Skate Park

Sonora, CA — A man reports that he was attacked and robbed at the Sonora Skate Park on Greenley Road.


The 29-year-old from Tuolumne told the Sonora Police Department that two men walked up and attacked him for no reason. They allegedly took his skateboard, backpack and wallet. The incident was reported at around 9pm on Friday. The victim told officers that the attackers were Hispanic men that had a small black compact vehicle.


Police Chief Mark Stinson says anyone with information about the case should call 532-8141.
