Sonora Road Construction Delays

Sonora, CA – Caltrans is shutting down highway 108 from Hess Avenue to Cavalieri Road for blasting on Monday, August 20, 2012, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. They say motorists could see 10 delays on the bypass so you may want to go a different route like Mono Way.

Also, Caltrans is closing the westbound off-ramp on Sanguinetti Road at Highway 108 for bridge work beginning Monday, August 20, 2012, through Friday, August 24, 2012, from 7:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.


Caltrans reports there will be one-way traffic control on Phoenix Lake Road/ Sullivan Creek at highway 108, and North Hess Avenue at Highway 108 beginning Monday, August 20, 2012, through Friday, August 24, 2012, from 7:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. Motorists should expect 15 minute delays.


Caltrans ask motorist to take alternate routes whenever possible.
