Sonora, CA — Caltrans warns that residents near the Highway 108 bypass construction could hear more explosions today.
Crews will be blasting out rocks around the construction site from 4-5pm. Roads will not be closed for the blasting and traffic should not be impacted. Stage II of the Highway 108 Bypass will run from Peaceful Oak Drive to Via Este. Construction is expected to be completed in 2014.
