Gopher Ridge Fire

Copperopolis, CA — In addition to a fire in the area of New Melones, crews are now battling a blaze near Copperopolis.

It is reportedly in the area known as Gopher Ridge, which is south of Highway 4. Initial estimates are that the fire is somewhere between 15-20 acres. Air and ground resources are on scene. To view a map of the area, click here.
