The CHP is on scene of a head-on collision this morning on Highway 26 near the intersection of Hogan Dam Road.
An ambulance is responding and traffic has been at a standstill since around 7:45am. Travel with caution in the area and be prepared for a delay. For a map of the area, click here.
Update at 9am: One traffic lane is open.
