Calaveras County Traffic Delays

Calaveras County, CA — Motorists should expect delays in a couple of areas along Highway 49 in Calaveras County next week.

Caltrans reports that crews will be putting in new signage along Highway 49 between Vista Point at New Melones and the Carson Hill Rest Area. 10 minute delays are projected on Monday and Tuesday from 8:30am-3pm.

Crews will also be staged at the Highway 26/49 junction in Mokelumne Hill this Monday through Thursday from 9am-3pm. Expect five minute delays because of tree pruning.
