Sacramento, CA — Assemblyman Frank Bigelow shares what he is doing in Sacramento to represent rural California in his newest blog. Bigelow is serving in the California State Legislature as the 5th Assembly District representative. Bigelow represents all or portions of Placer, El Dorado, Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, Tuolumne, Madera, Mariposa and Mono counties.
