Soulsbyville, CA — The CHP is looking for the owner of items found on Highway 108.
Officer Nick Norton says a significant amount of tools were found in a bag in the middle of the highway last Friday and they have not been able to find the owner.
It was located on Highway 108 near Soulsbyville. Officer Norton is encouraging the person who lost the bag to contact the CHP at 984-3944. The owner will need to provide a detailed description.
