Sonora High Trustees Schedule Goal Setting Workshop

Sonora, CA — A special meeting has been called for this Friday to set the district’s goals for new Superintendent, Dr. Mark Miller.

Dr. Miller was hired to lead this district, starting this school year, following the retirement of Pat Chabot. We reported earlier that Dr. Miller is a northern California native, but had most recently been serving as Superintendent of the Juneau School District in Alaska.

Bill Huyett of McPherson and Jacobson will facilitate the workshop as part of the services that were included in the superintendent search. The workshop is the only item of new business on the special meeting agenda. It is open to the public and will start at 11am in room FL-1 at the high school.
