Details About Big Rig Wreck That Blocked Highway 120

Big Oak Flat, CA — The CHP has released more information about a crash involving a big rig concrete truck that blocked Highway 120 for an extended period on Friday.

The crash occurred at 10:10am near Buck Meadows. The CHP reports that 48-year-old Steven Sullivan of Soulsbyville was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and he drove off the shoulder, lost control, and overturned. No other vehicles were involved. He was taken to Adventist Health Sonora to treat major injuries. There was one-way traffic control on Highway 120 for about four hours.
