Walmart Incident Sends Man To Jail

Sonora, CA — A 49 year-old transient man from Sonora was arrested for allegedly pulling a knife on two employees at Walmart and threatening to stab them both.

What led to the incident is unclear. The Sonora Police Department responded to search for the suspect, and located a man matching the description nearby. The Police Department reports Troy McNulty was in possession of a pocket knife with a four inch blade. He was arrested and booked into Tuolumne County Jail for allegedly making criminal threats.
