Garbage Pickup May Be Delayed Friday Due To Snow

Sonora, CA – Waste Management (WM) alerts customers to potential garbage pickup delays.

The stormy weather forecast to last into Friday, April 5th, could cause delays for commercial and residential customers. Waste Management issued this statement: “In anticipation of tonight’s weather forecast, commercial customers in the Cal-Sierra region and residents in the city of Sonora may experience service delays tomorrow if adverse weather persists.”

The company says it will notify affected customers if their property is not serviced on a regular schedule. For questions and concerns, contact the Cal Sierra office at 209-532-1413. For the latest information on operations, please call the Inclement Weather Hotline at (888) 558-0616.
