Mariposa, CA – A Mariposa woman has been missing for just over a week, and sheriff’s officials are now turning to the public for help finding her.
60-year-old Barbara Barnett was last seen on Monday, March 25th, at her residence in the Bootjack area of Mariposa County. Sheriff’s officials say, “Barbara is known to frequently travel by foot along the Highway 49 corridor between Triangle Road and the town area of Mariposa.”
Investigators describe Barnett as white, 5’5” tall, and 200 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Anyone who may have seen her or has any information regarding her whereabouts is asked to please contact the Mariposa County Sheriff’s Office at 209-966-3615.
