Sonora, CA — A major roof repair on a downtown Sonora building on Saturday may create some traffic impacts.
According to Daryl Sarina, business administrator for the Heart Rock Cafe, he has arranged for a permit from the City of Sonora to close East Jackson Street between South Washington and Stewart streets, adjacent to the business, from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. during which the roof is slated to be replaced.
Some downtown motorists may need to possibly plan for re-maneuvering their routes by perhaps using Bradford or Dodge streets — and all should use extra caution in the vicinity.
