Sonora, CA –More discussion is planned for this week on how to move forward with marijuana rules and regulations in the City of Sonora.
The Marijuana Working Group will meet Wednesday at 5pm at Sonora City Hall at 94 North Washington Street. Topics on the docket include regulating medicinal and recreational cannabis dispensaries, the differences between regulating those businesses with a permit versus a development agreement, clarifying zoning district options, etc.
The meeting is open to the public. The working group is tasked with researching issues and coming up with recommendations for the planning commission and city council.
