Update: Power Outage Near Murphys

Update at 8:55am: PG&E reports that power has now been restored near Murphys. The cause of the earlier outage has not been released.

Original story posted at 7:26am: Murphys, CA — There is a power outage impacting 141 PG&E customers up above Murphys.

The outage started at around 5pm on Tuesday and PG&E says full restoration is anticipated by noon today (Wednesday). The company reports that the cause of the outage is still under investigation.

It is impacting areas around Highway 4, Utica Powerhouse Road, Crestview Drive, Angels Creek Road, Eagle Drive, and portions of the Forest Meadows subdivision.
