Update: Power Back On For Thousands In Tuolumne County

Update at 9 a.m.: PG&E reports the lights are back on for more than 2800 PG&E customers in the Twain Harte, Bellview and Cedar Ridge areas. However, there is no word from the company on exactly what caused the electricity to go out. Customers were without power for more than a half an hour.

Original post at 8:38 a.m.: Twain Harte, CA — More than 2800 PG&E customers are waking up to no power this morning in the Twain Harte, Bellview and Cedar Ridge areas. The lights went out just before 8 this morning. The outage area spreads from Crystal Falls Drive along Highway 108 up Elizabeth Lane to Estralita Drive to Middle Camp Road. The company reports a crew is headed to the scene to assess the outage. The estimated repair time is 12:15 p.m. We will bring you more details as soon as they come into the news center.
