Jamestown Woman Charged With DUI

Sonora, CA — The CHP reports the driver suffered moderate injuries in a solo vehicle crash on Highway 49 early this morning when she smashed into a wall.

The accident happened just before 2 a.m. Tuesday south of Parrott’s Ferry Road. The CHP reports 43-year-old Michelle Pingree driving a 1995 Honda Del Sol southbound on the highway went off the roadway hitting a concrete wall. The impact spun the car back into the southbound lane partially blocking it.
