Second Times A Charm

Sonora wins big while Summerville has a bye-week in week 9 of the High School Football Season.

The Wildcats make it two in a row as Sonora grabbed the Mother Lode League title in front of the home fans. The Wildcats defeat Bret Harte 60 to 7 Friday night. Sonora has a bye-week next week. Then the high school football playoffs begin against an unknown opponent at this time.

A good night for Calaveras on the road as that did not stop them from dominating the gridiron beating Linden 42 to 7.
