Hanvelt To Speak About DC Testimony

Sonora, CA — Tuolumne County Supervisor Randy Hanvelt recently testified in Washington, DC at a subcommittee hearing on federal lands.

Hanvelt says a main focus was the impact of litigation on forest management practices, and the unintended consequence being larger wildfires. He claimed the current system is “broken.” On Mother Lode Views hear an overview of what Hanvelt spoke about, feedback he has received, and what he hopes the testimony will accomplish.

Hanvelt is Tuolumne County’s District Two Supervisor.
