Structure Fire In Sonora

Sonora, CA — Firefighters are on the scene of a structure fire in Sonora.

Call Fire reports the blaze started around 4:30 a.m. on Hospital Road.  There is no word on what type of structure, or whether any other structures are threatened or if the flames have spread to any vegetation.  However, there are several homes and businesses in the area, which is off of South Washington Street between Calaveras Street and Restano Way.    We will bring you more information as soon as it comes into the News Center.

Update 6:30 p.m.:  Cal Fire reports fire engines have had to park in the Clark Pest Control parking lot to get crews down to the flames.
