Arnold, CA — Calaveras County Sheriff’s officials report that after a nearly 24 hour search, a missing Arnold man has been found alive. 83-year-old Jim Lantry was found in a wooded area in the Blue Lake Springs sub-division just before 2 p.m.
The Sheriff’s Department reports Lantry’s medical condition is unknown at this time and medical personnel are heading to the scene to check on Lantry. No further details have been released on how he was found. Lantry left his Pinebrook area home at approximately 4 p.m. yesterday and did not return. A search has been underway since then to find him.
