Some Still Without Electricity

Sonora, CA — There were several power outages yesterday afternoon in the Mother Lode when high winds ripped through the region.

As of this morning, there remains 181 customers without electricity in the area of Ridge Road in Calaveras County. That is southwest of Wilseyville. The outage started yesterday and PG&E has been making repairs to the downed power line. Those customers should be restored by 9am. There was also a new outage that started during the early morning hours in the Arnold area. 59 customers are without electricity. It is unclear when there will be full restoration.
