Lights For Some

Sonora, CA Scattered power outages continue to plague the Mother Lode due to the blustery storm, but there is light for some Twain Harte customers.  PG& E has been able to turn the lights back on for some 150 Twain Harte customers in the Huron Drive and Middle Camp Sugarpine Road area.  Also, electricity has been restored to 88 customers in the Rancho Calaveras area of Calaveras County.

More than 1300 customers in total remain without power in the region.  This includes 289 customers, northeast of Coulterville, where crews are working to repair a downed line.  Nearly 300 Sonora customers are reported without power in the Apple Valley-Phoenix Lake and Jamestown Roads areas.  In addition, crews found damaged equipment on a power pole causing the lights to go out for 42 customers in the Omega Mine Road area.

PG&E says it is unclear when there will be full restoration for the customers.  Additional outages are expected with the storm system sweeping through the area.  To report an outage, or try to find information about a specific neighborhood, you can call 1-800-PGE-5000.
