Sonora, CA — There have been multiple vehicle accidents this morning in the Mother Lode.
The CHP reports that some vehicles are getting stuck, and others spinning out, on Highway 108 near Long Barn Road. It is creating a traffic hazard in the area. Caltrans has been notified of the situation. A little bit higher up, there is also a vehicle stuck on Highway 108 near Snow White Ridge Drive, which is impacting traffic.
In Calaveras County, a truck has overturned on Highway 4 near Pool Station Road. An ambulance has been requested to the area, so travel with caution.
All three of the area mountain passes, Highway 4 Ebbetts Pass, Highway 120 Tioga Pass and Highway 108 Sonora Pass, are closed.
