Tuolumne County GRACE Fund

Sonora, CA — With an increase in violent events recently there is a timely reminder from Sonora Area Foundation Executive Director Ed Wyllie that charitable programs are doing what they can to help individuals locally.

Sonora Area Foundation’s GRACE Fund has provided $125,000 in assistance to local individuals and families over the past two years. GRACE stands for Giving Respect And Caring Encouragement, the fund is implemented through the Sonora office of Catholic Charities of the Mother Lode.

Wyllie asks the Mother Lode to give A Gift of GRACE this holiday season, whether “you know someone that was assisted by the program, or you need that end of the year tax deduction, or your heart says it is what you want to do to give back in your community.”

To find out more on how the fund is managed, how it helps locals, and how to donate, read the blog “A Gift of GRACE” by Ed Wyllie.
