Tioga Pass To Open

Yosemite, CA — Highway 120 Tiago Pass will reopen a week after it closed for the first wintry storm.  Yosemite National Park crews have worked since last Friday clearing the roadway.

Park spokesperson Ashley Mayer says, “There were several inches of snow up there.  In some instances, I heard there was eight inches.  Visitors should just be careful for icy spots on the roadway.”

All three passes were shut down due to snow.  Tioga pass will open at noon tomorrow.  Highway 108 Sonora Pass opened yesterday morning.  Highway 4 Ebbetts Pass was re-opened on Monday.
