A Red Flag Warning has been issued for the Northern San Joaquin Valley below 1000 feet through 8 PM Thursday.
According to the National Weather Service, winds of ten to twenty mph will continue with gusts up to thirty-five mph.
Humidity will remain as low as seven percent.
Extreme fire behavior is possible if fire ignition occurs.
