Angels, CA — The CHP was out looking for drunk drivers over the weekend.
A Sobriety and DUI checkpoint was set up Saturday night on Highway 49 in Angels Camp. 504 vehicles were screened between the hours of 7pm to 12am. The CHP reports that one person was arrested for DUI, and two people were cited for not having a valid driver’s license.
