Angels Camp, CA — Angels Camp City Councilman Stuart Raggio has submitted his resignation, effective immediately.
The City of Angels Camp reports that as of today, Raggio will no longer live in the City of Angels Camp, and therefore does not meet the residency requirements for the City Council position.
Raggio was elected to the Council in 2010. No further information is immediately available.
