Hiker Missing In Yosemite

Yosemite, CA — Yosemite National Park officials are searching for a missing hiker.


60-year-old Ann Lory of Foresta was last heard from on Saturday morning when she left to go hiking along Old Coulterville Road and Old Big Oak Flat Road in the park. Approximately 70 people are involved in the search effort, and the park is also using dog teams. Lory is 5’6″, 110 lbs., and has grey hair and hazel eyes.


Anyone with information on Lory’s whereabouts is encouraged to call 209-379-1992. The park is receiving assistance from Search and Rescue crews in Tuolumne, Madera, Fresno, Kern, Merced and Mariposa Counties.
