Two Hurt In Calaveras Crash

Calaveras County, CA — The CHP reports that a woman was ejected from a pickup truck in a crash in Calaveras County.


It happened Sunday on Highway 49 near the Chili Gulch area. The CHP reports that 34-year-old Eric Seccombe was driving a 2004 Ford F-150 and lost control of the truck, overcorrected, and it overturned. 33-year-old Nicole Smith of Arnold was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the truck. She was taken to Modesto Memorial Medical Center to treat “moderate injuries.”


Secomme was wearing a seatbelt and also sustained “moderate injuries.” He was taken to Doctors Medical Center in Modesto.
