A 41 year old man apparently picked the wrong way to get a ride along Highway 49 just outside Sonora. Police say Toby Dean Cummins was accused of throwing a rock at a woman´s car to get her to stop. The woman says he then asked her for a ride.
Cummins was booked on vandalism and drug charges, and kept on parole hold at the county jail.
