Ag Charters County Resource Action Committee

The Department of Agriculture announced they have Chartered the Tuolumne County Resource Action Committee. The committee is one of 14 that represent 15 mountain counties in the state.

The action committee will review and suggest projects for the U.S. Forest Service to complete in the areas of reducing fire risks and improving water quality.

Mark Thornton and Dick Pland of the County Board of Supervisors and Ginger Armstrong of the Tuolumne County Alliance for Resources and Environment are members in the committee of 15.
