Turlock is putting a hold on its anti-mistletoe policy. Mayor Curt Andre says he´s not happy with the way the policy was handled. The city sent homeowners letters last month
ordering them to removed the parasitic plant from their trees. The city council has scheduled a meeting next month to improve the policy.
