S.F. Energy Vote Still Up In The Air

Voters still don´t know whether San Francisco will become the newest home to a municipal utility.

Ballot measures that would launch a publicly owned electricity system remain virtually deadlocked and thousands of votes still haven´t been counted.

But credit rating agency Standard and Poor´s already is predicting decades of legal battles ahead between Pacific Gas and Electric and its challengers.
