Sun Healthcare Group is agreeing to a court settlement that state regulators say should improve care for
nearly eight-thousand elderly residents at the chain´s 80 nursing homes throughout California.
Attorney General Bill Lockyer says it´s the first time a
national nursing home chain has been prosecuted in California for poor quality care.
