Orange County prosecutors postponed a sanity hearing for a man found innocent by reason of insanity in a
1976 university shooting spree. Deputy District Attorney Dan Wagner said he submitted audio tapes to the court detailing interviews with the ex-wife of Edward
Charles Allaway, who alleges she was the victim of domestic violence and rape.
Allaway was acquitted of killing seven people and wounding two
others at Cal State Fullerton.
