Crews in Mariposa County have the Briceburg fire 70% contained after a weekend-long effort. The
number of injured firefighters has increased to 12, and officials now expect to contain the fire by Wednesday morning.
It has grown to 728 acres in the
steep, rocky terrain. The cause is still under investigation.
