Celeste Boyd, who will retire after 12 years as Assistant Superintendent of Instruction for Tuolumne County
Schools in August, has been slected for a post on the Sonora Area Foundation Board of Directors.
Boyd will serve the final three years of Patricia
Jones term. Jones resigned recently after 10 years on the board.
Boyd was chosen from among 15 candidates for the opening.
