California Governor Gray Davis made an emphatic statement today he won´t be running for president in 2004.
But the Democratic governor during an interview on MSNBC did not rule out a run for president after 2004. Davis said of the $21 billion budget revenue crisis as he begins his second four-year term as governor: “We have our hands full in California.”
