Lodi police say they are looking for a suicidal man who took off in an SUV early this morning with his two-year-old daughter.
The man they’re seeking is 22-year-old Jason Scott Bell. Investigators say Bell called 911 early this morning to report a robbery. However – officers say he changed his story and said he planned to kill himself. When officers responded to Bell’s home on Shasta Drive – they found Bell and little Michaela Bell were gone. Police say Bell and the girl are in a black 2000 Chevy Tahoe SUV with blacked-out windows. They say Bell has made suicide threats before – but never to police.
