The California Highway Patrol reports a Valley Springs woman was arrested for DUI after a two car crash on Southworth Road.
Investigators reported due to her intoxicated condition, 44-year-old Deborah Perrille apparently turned directly into the path of an on-coming car, injuring the driver, 26 year-old Heather Scott of Pleasant Hill.
